Small Groups. Big Gains. At VSL, we never sacrifice your hockey player’s development for the bottom line. All sessions are done on full-ice to maximize your speed development.

This means your skater will see quantifiable results, and will do so in weeks and months, not years. Each session is designed for maximum speed gains as you achieve optimal technique, and to help keep you at top speed for your entire game. Learn to maintain top speed while playmaking, carrying the puck through the neutral zone, as well as learning to gain explosive power and change of speed while making creative plays.

We offer year-round training programs for the most serious athletes as room allows. Please contact us for availability.

Camps consist of both long-term speed and strength development, and short, week-long intensives modeled after elite speed skating training at the Olympic Training Center. Learn to push your body like you never have before by participating in our six week spring Speed and Strength Camp, or our week long “Intensives.” All camps are designed for the most elite skaters, and are limited to 14+ AAA, high school varsity, junior and college level players.

Players interested in participating in a camp should complete an interest form so we can get to know you and determine if you’re ready for our elite training camps.
